How to reach Bressanone Bressanone is a small town in the northernmost part of Italy, close to the Austrian border. It is about 500 meters above sea level. The temperature in February is usually around 0 degrees centigrade or less and snow is probable. By car: coming from the North on motorway "Brenner" (A22, toll) or on the old route of "Brenner" via Innsbruck and "Brennerpass" (motorway exit Brixen North, Pustertal and Klausen) you arrive directly in the holiday region Brixen/Eisacktal. By air plane: The closest International Airports are in Munchen (260 kilometers) Innsbruck (80 kilometers), Verona (200 kilometers), Milano Malpensa (350 kilometers), Venezia (320 kilometers). Then, there is another airport in Bolzano (50 kilometers) with daily connections from/to Rome. Once there, you can take a train to Bressanone. By train: in Brixen there is a railway station where all IC-and EC-trains on the route Innsbruck-Brenner-Verona stop; local trains also stop at the stations of Klausen and Waidbruck. How to get to the venue The venue of the School is the Casa della Gioventù, premises of the University of Padova in Bressanone. The Casa is located in Via Rio Bianco 6. First, when exiting the Station, cross Bahnhofplatz - Piazzale della Stazione and turn left in Bahnhofstrasse - Viale Stazione for about 400 meters. At the light, turn left and proceed along Dantestrasse - Via Dante for approximately 700 meters. You will find on your right Via Rio Bianco: at the number 6 there is the Casa della Gioventù.
