The attributed scholarships are reserved to participants 35 years of age (at the time of the conference) or younger, from the European Community (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,  United Kingdom) and Associated States (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Iceland,  Israel, Liechtestein and Norway). The dated and signed paper copy of the application, the dated and signed recommendation letters  must be brought to the conference.
 

A proposal for a feasible amount of financial support will be communicated to you before March 15th 2002, by e-mail.
