Confirmation of the validity of your registration will be sent to you by e-mail after payment of relevant fees has been received by the European Society of Mathematical and Theoretical Biology.
 

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, a program and abstract book, coffee, tea.

Advanced registration is recommended.

Registration Fees Congress

(*) Membership will be checked against membership lists provided by ESMTB.
Note that the ESMTB requires members to pay their 2002 contribution before January 31, 2002, to qualify for the reduced registration fee.
The membership dues are £ 25.00 per year (full member) and £ 15.00 (student member). Members from Eastern European countries should pay at the student rate.
You should fill in the form at the ESMTB web site and send your fee (via registered letter) to the treasurer of the society:

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Please indicate your name and address clearly on all money transfers.
 

Enclosed Cheque

Remitted by enclosed cheque, payable to  European Society of Mathematical and Theoretical Biology.  Please label the payment as being connected to the ECMTB2002 The Cheque should be sent to ECMTB2002 % MIRIAM,  University of Milano,  Via C. Saldini 50,  20133 MILANO,  Italy Cheque must be accompanied by the name and email of the participant, so that as soon as a check arrives email notice can be given.

Bank Transfer

The transfer should be made to the following bank    CARIPLO Agenzia 24 Via Carpi 4,  20131 Milano, Italy Code CIN T Code ABI 03069 Code CAB 09509 account number 27619/1   (  IBAN :       IT63 P060 7001 6240 0000 27619 01 ) and should be made payable to  European Society of Mathematical and Theoretical Biology.  Please label the payment as being connected to the ECMTB2002, making sure:  1) transfer bank fees must be paid by sender;  2) the tranfer document MUST BEAR the participant's name  3) the participant MUST send by fax to MIRIAM (+39 02 5031 6172) the bank transfer receipt and bring it in Milano NOTE: The ABI and CAB codes mentioned above identify the recipient Bank in the same way as a SWIFT code.
