Current position

From July 2024 I am RTT (tenure-track assistant professor) at the Department of Mathematics of the Università degli Studi di Milano.
Previously, I have been RTDa in Milano from September 2022 to June 2024, and before a Post-Doc in Milano with mentor Bert van Geemen, a Post-Doc in the group of Paolo Stellari, and in fall 2018 at the University of Edinburgh under the supervision of Arend Bayer.

Together with Chiara Camere, Luigi Lombardi, Luca Tasin, I am organizing the Algebraic Geometry Seminar joint with Università degli Studi di Milano and Politecnico di Milano.

Research interests

My research field is in the context of complex algebraic geometry. In particular, I work on:

Derived categories of coherent sheaves.
Cubic fourfolds.
Gushel-Mukai varieties.
Stability conditions on triangulated categories.
Irreducible holomorphic symplectic varieties.
